"Black Hole" The Unknown Danger

Black holes are extremely dense objects in space, they have so strong gravitational fields even light can't escape beyond its event horizon

Nearest black hole to Earth is Gaia BH1, 1,566 light-years away

Types of Black Hole

Types of Black Hole

There are three main type of Black hole. Stellar black holes Intermediate black holes Supermassive black holes

Stellar Black Holes

Stellar Black Holes

Stellar black holes form from the collapse of massive stars, typically with masses between 3 and 20 times those of the sun

Intermediate Black Holes

Intermediate Black Holes

Black holes with intermediate masses have larger masses than stellar black holes, but are smaller than supermassive black holes.Their masses range from 100 to 100,000 times those of the sun

Supermassive Black Holes

Supermassive Black Holes

Supermassive black holes are thought to form from the merger of smaller black holes and the accretion of gas and dust over billions of years. Their masses are millions or billions of times that of the sun.

Black holes are centered on singularities, points of infinite density where the laws of physics break down.

Black holes are not eternal, they slowly evaporate over time through a process called Hawking radiation.
